Thanks, Bill. I ordered the Genright 4” aluminum fenders with the Genright inner liners. Should be here this week with any luck! I’m still planning to cut the rear AEV bumper like yours though.
That's a 15 minute mod, sawzall, grinder, spray paint, done

Minor, but added an American Trail Products winch plate and Smittybilt XRC 12K winch to the Gladiator on Sunday.

if I had one complaint, it’s that despite being sat as far forward on the bracketing as it can be, the wiring/control box is still close enough to the grille that the wiring is pressed into it. I believe this to be due to the plate, but I could be mistaken, I may try to finagle some things to shift it forward here soon. Need to get the hook cut off so I can install the Factor 55 flat link this weekend.

Changed both filters. I have to say at almost 11k miles engine filter was pretty clean and could have lasted another 5K miles easy but since it was opened up I changed it. Cabin filter on a contrary was filthy.

Wired up the winch. Pain in the ass. There's hardly any room on this new platform. Went between the air box and fender, barely. Pictures won't show shit, so I didn't take any.
