We used to give our clients eggs whenever they were in town since we couldn’t eat all of our eggs. I miss having chickensSame we never could eat all the damn eggs we were producing. We have a neighbor now we get eggs from. They are in the same boat with more than they can consume so they sell them still cheap. Well 3$ a dozen I guess really isn’t cheap but they are far superior to store bought.
Yeah I miss it but at the same time I don’t. The temps last week in the single digits reminded me of all those days I’d have to get them water because even the heated waterers had froze up. Plus the predators and trying to keep them safe.We used to give our clients eggs whenever they were in town since we couldn’t eat all of our eggs. Luckily we never dealt with frozen waterers and predators that attacked. We had plenty of free loaders and a skunk that lived under the coop lolYeah I miss it but at the same time I don’t. Wild to me. They are limiting eggs. We can't sell them back here. Ours are 50% off what you could buy the same thing in the store for and people balk at it.

I will pay double to not have to deal with that shit.

Yeah, that would never be meSeriously? Why would you wait in that line for just eggs?

FYI, eggs are still affordable in my part of Texas. However, there are no "cage free" eggs available. I suspect that the "cage free" eggs are being shipped to states which require them.
Why do people camp outside stores before Black Friday?Seriously? Why would you wait in that line for just eggs?
