150 psi is what I run. I had to let the pressure out to get new coils in.

Actually, the pre-load still needed to come off. There's no way to get the coil swapped out without it. The problem is that up front, we're running 12" primary coils and 14" secondary. This makes for a really tight fit and even with the pressure out, it takes effort to get things re-installed.
