Actually, the pre-load still needed to come off. There's no way to get the coil swapped out without it. The problem is that up front, we're running 12" primary coils and 14" secondary. This makes for a really tight fit and even with the pressure out, it takes effort to get things re-installed.

I pieced it together. It's really not that hard to do and way cheaper than buying the one that King makes.

Is that on a 12” coilover? Sorry still learning here. Does that add more lift with less preload?
