Eddie, is there any room left on this for just Monday & Tuesday? I believe I read somewhere that you were going thru Winnemucca on Monday - we could meet up with you there early Monday morning and then travel to VC and on to Nevada City & Downieville with you on Tuesday if that's possible. Let us know. Thanks!

You bet. I will send you lodging info now. Please try to book your rooms as soon as possible as I need to let the rooms go no later than tomorrow.

Sorry for not responding to this sooner. I just saw your post a few minutes ago. While we're more than happy to have you join us, we have booked all our rooms and you would have to find your own accommodations. I tried hanging on to a block of them for as long as I could but had to let go of the rest last Friday.

I thought I was ready, till I spotted a small puddle under my driver side front axle. Guess I have a seal to fix before Friday! Keeps it real I guess

I'm so sorry to drop out at the last minute, but my knee isn't healing as fast as I'd hoped. As many of you know, this trip is very important to me.

It a difficult decision to drop out. I'll attempt to cancel hotel reservations tomorrow (Monday), so another room will be available.

The final stretch won't be the same without you Ken. We will definitely miss you. Looking forward to hitting the trail with you when you're ready! :yup:
