Watcha cookin'?

You like your egg? I was talking with someone a few days ago and they were saying it's not very convenient (they didn't own one), that the gas grill and electrical smoker is much easier.

Absolutely....no, it's not a smoker...and yes, gas is more convenient. But I far more prefer taking the time to light lump charcoal (with a propane torch...no fluid or paper) to get much more flavor than gas, and a much higher sear temp as well....I can get this sucker above 700 degrees F to properly sear a steak, or I can go low with indirect heat with a ceramic insert to make the best roast chicken you ever put in your mouth...it is vastly superior to any gas grill...period.

Smoked brisket. 8 hours of pleasure. Turned out pretty damn amazing.
