Nice. I started the prep yesterday with a dry brine on this bad 12 pounder

Two sauces for the pork loin are prepped. Will soon be a mushroom gravy and a cran/Pom/apple chutney.

I haven't made these in about 10 years, old Russian recipe from my Grandmother. Meat & Cabbage Piroshki. They sure taste good, but what a lot of work!




These also make for a great lunch out on a jeep run. Wrap in foil and place on a strategic place on the engine and Walah! Hot lunch.:thumb:

Earlier this week took my first stab at making homemade pasta (fettuccine and ravioli) and scratch sauce. Still need to perfect presentation, but it tasted delicious. Look forward trying out new flours and fillings.
