That's the best way. Lisa and I usually do that or if one cooks the other cleans up. I'm usually the one to chop and dice though as she doesn't like big knives and feels my knife work is better.

I've always wanted to try a bison burger. I've heard they're really tasty, I've just never been anywhere that serves them. Looks good, what's left anyway lol

You have to try it- it's awesome! Really meaty tasting and absolutely no gamey taste. It's a little on the expensive side but for people that don't eat red meat this is a welcome addition to the menu. I haven't had a burger in almost two years and Bison is actually lower in cholesterol and saturated fat than chicken. Way less than beef.
