It is one of our favorites! Normally, it is a summer dish but the store had some ripe mangos that looked decent. We usually use papaya dressing from Hawaii, but the poppy seed works too. :thumb:

Thanks Mike... I'll have to bring some on a trip one of these times. My family (very biased) says its the best! 😜

It's a really nice grill, a little different than the traditional Santa Maria Style BBQ. The grill is stationary and the fire box moves up / down to control the heat.
 
This was damn good. Pan seared pork chops with pan sauce of apples, mushrooms, fresh garlic, apple cider vinegar, white wine, honey and orange marmalade. Sides of mixed veg and garlic, herb butter pasta. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1361424289.789591.jpg
 
This is a fresh ham, that was fed hops from hopping my friends ipa, then was cooked using local vt maple syrup. It was so good! With potatoes and cooscoos.
I also ate some fresh bacon from the same pig.
