It certainly did melt in my mouth like butter! It came with cooking instructions so I followed them to a T. It ended up medium rare. The other two ribeyes he got we cooked rare as normal. Get yourself a Thermapen instant read thermometer …check your salmon until 125 degrees, remove from heat source; carryover cooking should bring it to 130…it will be perfect every timeCajun salmon with veggie orzo. Salmon came out Gordon Ramsay perfect, which is hard to do and rarely happens for me. Added a nice Viognier for National Wine Day!
70 is a little under cooked for my liking.Thermapen is an absolute must.
