CORNBREAD CASSEROLE

-1box Cornbread mix
1-17 oz. can cream corn
1-egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. Melted butter or Marg.
2 cups. shredded jack cheese or pepper jack cheese
1-can (4or.) diced green chiles
Combine mix plus butter, egg, milk. Them mix together.
- add 1/2 to greased pan
spread all chiles on top, then 1/2 of cheese then other 1/2 of mix. Top with rest of cheese.

Bake 350° 40 mins.
 
Not really WHAT I'm cooking, but I did pick up some more Blackstone stuff.

I already had this orange magnet thing, but when tools are greasy, they slide down too much, plus it gets dirty too.

I stumbled upon this in one of their cooking videos and had to get it. Stands the tool up on the griddle top.

I also have the hard top cover. When it's open though, it folds really close to the grease trap. When cleaning off heavy grease (like bacon), I almost always get grease dripping on that part of the lid. Another mess. Picked up this gadget hoping to channel less grease volume in the drain hole. We shall see.

I’m really intrigued by these blackstones. If my Jeep ever stops forcing me to empty every pocket I would like to buy one of these.
