First time making Jambalaya. Tasted great but doesn’t quite look right. Probably should have hit up Ed for a recipe. Willing to bet he makes a good one.

Well yea, and thyme sprigs, paprika, dried oregano, gochugaru (Korean chili flakes), tomato paste, anchovy paste…and beans black, cannellini & chilii…
