No their in there. That is just what’s in the broth. I added carrots, jalapeño, pork belly, egg, green onion, bok Chou and noodles when it was ready.

Whats a good noodle? The instant ones are supposedly bad for you.. I’ve never seen a “healthy” one.. Ramen is one of my favorite foods, but never made it from scratch... need to try this.
I used udon cause it’s all I could find at Raley’s. It’s heavy though.
