Last night I had an awesome experience dining at Talavera restaurant ran by chef Chuk Kazmer who defenetly knows his way around the kitchen so here are some dishes we tried

Copper grill mat. Great for small items and you still get the Q flavor and grill marks. Just got another pack at Costco only they are black Teflon, but same concept.
