Angus beef hot dog, cheddar cheese, crumbled cheddar potato chips with ketchup and mustard on a brioche hot dog bun.

Last night I had an awesome experience dining at Talavera restaurant ran by chef Chuk Kazmer who defenetly knows his way around the kitchen so here are some dishes we tried
Vague beef tartare, rib eye steak, traditional Spanish paella, 36 month aged Jamon
