Ha! I like to experiment with food and actually seen a picture of this online, so naturally I had to try. 90% of the time the family loves the experiments, but there is that other 10% of the time the dog won't even eat it!

So after some thought I decided to get the large version of my Weber smokey mountain smoker. It's huge, and I don't think I'll have temp issues anymore. Also did two mods so far. Ordered the gasket set also. Have yet to fire it up. I can't wait!
