One side of the frame cut. Need to run out and get some more blades for the sawzall.
Someone else got side tracked when it came time to wash the rear frame section.
It's not too bad. Just a good tri-metal blade in my DeWalt recip saw, and some lubricating oil from my drill set. Cleaning everything up with a fine flat file.Good cuts. That's a ton of work. I assume you're using WD40 or the like?
Got the frame trimmed and primed. All finished with the rear fascia and d-ring mounts. Btw, FUCK FLAG NUTS! I'm CDO as hell so I'm going to tape off the areas around the d-ring mounts and frame rail ends and seal/fill in the gaps with some caulking, then paint it all black to match the powder coat.
Thanks! So ocd you have to put the letters in alphabetical order.Red accents look sweet. Did you mean OCD? If not, what's CDO?
Just dropped my Jeep off at Offroad Evolution! Should have it back in two weeks.
Looks like the guys at Offroad Evolution have started on my Jeep! Some Evo Mfg builders corners going on today.
Ahhh so that's your rig I saw a video of on Facebook!

Nope! They will be welding a tube onto the bottom of the corners then powder coating them black. It'll look like this when done.

The rear armor should look awesome. Is it getting color matched powder coated or black? Are you doing evo carrier? Front fender armor with a flair?
