Sooooooooo.......

I may or may not have bent an axle.

Which is fine, because this gives me an excuse to FINALLY put my new axle in the Jeep and re-gear the front. So I'll be going to 4.88s, bigger axle shafts, and a detroit locker.

What sucks, is I leave for All-4-Fun on Friday and was really hoping to take the Jeep. It won't be ready in time, so I'll be forced to take my Tacoma. No biggie, as I love camping out of my Tacoma and it'll be nice to have AC on the trip :D

Lol in all seriousness, I bought a buddy's super 35 axle. It wasn't my first choice, but I got a smoking good deal on it and it's much stronger than what I'm running now.

For you, building a Ford 8.8 would probably be ideal.
 
Nice! Can't pass up good deals.

I'm stuck between keeping it simple and doing an 8.8 or biting the bullet and going FW tons. Depends on where I end up moving soon I guess.
