Friends of ours own it and we’re going a couple times a week to help a bit. My kids have been eating different rolls and sushi as long as they can remember, now it’s funny watching them order things like octopus and loving it.

Salmon skin hand roll rules...otherwise, I stick to sashimi to max on fish vs rice ratio (I've eaten several lifetimes of rice already)...

I'm about ready to go buy a goddam welder and figure out how to use it so I can get mine done. They keep saying "next week" but I'm getting antsy man. They're great guys and I know they're not dogging me, but damn!
