Part one, finished this afternoon.



I had a small fitment issue. There are two, 1/2" bolts, that fit through a hole in the rear of the frame, and bolt into a tab in the bumper. Fitment was off there, just a tad, and I had to grind out the lower edge of the frame hole, the get the bolts to line up. Otherwise, the bumper is fantastic.

Thanks guys. I have a question. I torqued each bolt to the factory spec for the factory receiver, which was 60 lb. ft. Is that okay?

It should be ok. I would hook up your little trl and put a little weight on it and drive up to Canton and back and retorque the bolts
