Congrats on the new edition! I like where you are going with the project.
I used an identical pipe bender to make my tube doors. If you haven't figured out already, don't rush the bends. I was so eager when I first started that I had to start over on a couple pieces.
Anyway, looking forward to following along!

Yeah I definitely need to look into a small welder. As it stands once I am ready to do everything I will have to pretty much pay someone to do the brackets that I could bolt on, but would rather they get welded on

Tubes all bent just need to cut my ends and tack weld them to the bushing sleeves and do a test fit.

Congrats! It won't be long and he will be out with ya. I have had my little guy in Colorado and a few places in CA including the Rubicon. He is only 17 months old now so I can't wait till he gets a bit older and can drive.
Tire carrier is looking good! Prop for doing something orginal and tackling it on your own!

Did a test fit and I cut one tube to short so the second tube I cut and it fits like a glove so tomorrow I'll have to get another tube and bend it again then notch to the correct length and I'll be good to go. Also tomorrow I will weld my cross tubes to the bushing sleeves. Starting to come along. [emoji4]

I'm thinking red hahaa no just kidding I'm going to paint bit Black like the the high lift and roto pax holder . But know that I said red that won't look to bad either. I love your red carrier it's very sharp!
