Yes you need to remove the shafts otherwise you can't get the press on there to push them in and out
Nothing really major but ordered a Dynatrac diff cover for my 44 today from trail jeeps. Should be here Monday. My stock cover is dented in from last trip so it needs to be replaced badly
Also stopped by qtech on my way home from school and got a new winch hook, for FREE! My old one was beat to shit and the latch broke off so it wasn't safe to use anymore.

Free is always the best price! How are you liking the Prosteers so far? Ordered mine this morning from northridge.
So up front I have a 1/2" of preload and in the rear I'm at 1" of preload to help with weight when loaded up. The timing rings are no more that 3/4" above the slider at ride height
Nice! Crazy difference in thickness. Did you look at covers from any other company?
