I hopefully won't be in as much of a rush as I was with my suspension and carrier.

Don't me wrong. I've asked how much to install. The potential savings means I can get my switch set up.

I'll have some weekends free come the new year. Maybe I can get some help via bribes with some beer and burgers/pizza.

10frank9's Billet Rubi Build

Been a long while since I updated this thread. Today I tested out the technique needed to strip the powdercoat from my ATX Slab's rings.

Used some heavy duty paint stripper, a plastic scraper and touched it up with a flap disc on my grinder followed by some 330 grit to buff it out. All in all looks okay and will need to devote some time to do the remaining 4. :doh:

I wouldn't want striped wheels, nor would I like them stripped and polished. Just my personal taste. I'm sure you could order them raw though.
