Suds of the Day

Unfortunately, some restaurants have a policy that all beverages need to be opened and poured prior to carrying it to the table. And many waiters/waitresses are clueless when it comes to Guinness. The result is that you can't be sure what beer you may receive, and it may be totally ruined by the time it reaches the table.


There were no waitresses in the places I’m talking about.
 
was outside of State College today & had to make a detour on the way home. Happy Valley Brewing Company. Owner renovated an old barn. I asked the brewmaster for a tour after talking with him at the bar. This is the downstairs where the old stalls were. What a monumental task that was - old barns are pretty filthy. This place is pretty badass. Some dummy forgot to take pics of the beer.
