Cool upgrade! My buddy just put something similar in his 4Runner and it definitely got me thinking of what I could do more for my the back of my 2 door.
Is there a similar product for 2-door JK/JL? If so does it take advantage of when the rear seat is removed?Cool upgrade! My buddy just put something similar in his 4Runner and it definitely got me thinking of what I could do more for my the back of my 2 door.

Agreed, had I know then, what I know now…I so wish I ordered half doors with mine.
I really should just go order a set while I can
Was a pleasure having you out here sir! Thank you for trusting us with your Jeep. A winch and some subtle lights will be perfect to finish it off. Glad you had a great road trip and made it home safely. My recent trip out west was the first long drive I’ve taken with the 392 since I drove it home from purchasing it in TN. I drove out to Disciple Off-Road in Hanford CA to see Jeremy and ‘Desert Jesus’ (AKA Chad) to have them do their magic on my 392. It was worth the drive- I am very, very picky about who works on my Jeeps.
After the addition of the 4.56 gears, the 35-inch Nitto Ridge Grapplers, and the Clayton Off-Road springs, the 392 is even more impressive and enjoyable to drive than it was before. The firmer springs and tires really improve the overall ride and stability on corners. In addition it’s not often that you install bigger tires and get more acceleration but with the new gears I got just that and the fuel mileage remained roughly the same.
Over the past month I have racked up more continuous miles on the 392 than at any other time and I have really gained a greater appreciation for this Jeep. The creature comforts are nice and the Jeep is very comfortable on long trips. More importantly the performance is amazing. The 392 is what a Wrangler should be. The power is incredible and the Jeep just goes. It’s really easy to exceed the posted speed limit without even realizing it.
Not to get political but fuck the EPA and the CAFE standards. The fact that some bureaucrats far away from you are deciding what you can or cannot drive is in-American. The market/consumer demand should be the sole determining factor on what’s available for purchase. Period. If you can pay for it you should be able to buy it.
That’s a lot of miles and hours in a short period of time.

The mpg is more than acceptable, especially considering the level of acceleration available.

I really like the looks of the new 35-inch Nittos. This is pretty much how this Jeep is going to look for the foreseeable future. I’ll add a winch and some bright ass auxiliary lights and that’s it. Call it done!

Yes it will be washed and waxed before the weekend is over.
Again I’d really like to thank Disciple Off-Road for getting me in at a time I know they were busy with other projects. I’d also like to thank Eddie and Cindy for their friendship as well as letting me use their garage.
