I wonder if it is possible for the Trump administration to initiate an investigation into Biden's mental competency and fitness to hold office...The outcome might result in Biden being certified as mentally incompetent during the past few months and therefore incapable of upholding the office of President of the United States...Would be interesting to see how this would play out in court and if it could result in any and all laws, pardons and agreements signed becoming null and void during the period of incapacitation.
