Well that did not go as planned! Hoping its a simple fix! installed the PR44 only to realize could not bolt my unit bearings all the way down either the Shafts are tool long by 1/4" or the tubes are 1/4" to short. Either way this may impact my upcoming trip to WindRock. Hoping that its the shafts not the housing.
Can you cut 1/4” or so off the differential spline of the shafts?

Wonder how many sawzall blades that'd take?
I image I could take it to a machine shop and have them cut down but I did not spend what I did to have to cut down their shafts. Especially if its the housing that's too short.
Was it not assembled when you got it? Looked like it in the pictures.

As Bubba said was assembled once Knuckles were installed noticed an issue then the Unit bearing would not fully seat about 1/4" off on both driver and passenger side
