Today was a blast! Definitely need to do it again.
Some pics from the fun we had and or tried to have yesterday 
Hoping to run Deer Valley, we got up early gassed up and headed up to the mountains.

Imagine our sincere surprise when we saw this...
It's fricken JULY!!
So, we decided to hit up Slick Rock instead. And I have to say, it's been a few years since we've run it and holy hell, the whole thing is totally different now. I literally couldn't recognize it.
The whole first third of the trail is totally different and completely re-routed.
Unfortunately, along with the re-route came significantly bigger obstacles and ones that were a bit much for TrailBud's JL running 35's. Needless to say, we decided to play it smart, turn around and save the fun for another day. But, before we did that, Ben made sure to give us a little excitement for our troubles.
Heading back down the mountains and to circle around for another route, we decided to make a stop for some refreshments - CHEERS!
