We are looking at going to Lassen after Independence Day Weekend. Somewhere between the 08-11 of July.
 
We hit this bakery up for breakfast before departing Bishop. It was awesome and contained a crazy amount of traditional European bakery goods. We had ham, egg, and Swiss croissants and also bought some fat pills to go! I definitely recommend stopping here if you pass through.
