Right now buying .22 ammo is ridiculous. Wallyworld used to sell bricks of 550 rounds for about $20, now they're over $120 IF you can find them anywhere. Makes me think the Wallyworld manager is selling them off his pick-up truck on weekends.
Don't give up hope, after months of nothing, I have twice found .22lr at our local bi-mart (kinda like a k-mart mixed with a sporting goods store). Each time I call my friends and get as many as they'll let me. But they are still around $20 for a brick of 500. View attachment 55784

Look like a lot more Californians are going to be packing heat. Courts ruled it's against the constitution for California to be so picky with the permits for a concealed weapon and that any law abiding citizen can receive the permit.
