Rausch Creek 10/03/15

I would love to join been to Rausch over a dozen times ! But only once in new jeep ...

- blue group please

- 2015 jkur on 35s with leveling kit
- cb radio
- rock hard skids

There's an awesome campground about 15 minutes from Rausch that has camp sites with power, showers but also offers cabins that's are pretty nice and always really clean ! Just google

They did not have prices for camping on their site. What were the rates for you when you stayed there?

Thanks for the info. At this point I think that I am going to stay at the hotel though. It was a passing thought to sleep for free in the parking lot and save some money. :crazyeyes:

You just need to make sure you call and reserve a spot in advance. Tons of people go there over staying in the rc parking lot because it's waayyyy cleaner and quieter at night. Also cheaper than staying in the comfort inn. If you wanted to stay at the comfort inn just call and say you will be wheeling at Rausch that weekend and you get a special rate of $65 a night

My hotel is booked... Oct 2/3.

I'm still trying to get the wife to go, so for now just me and maybe my brother. Blues/blacks/reds but if the wife comes greens and blues

Econo Lodge was reasonable. I've also stayed at Comfort Inn with no issue. There's really no "nice" hotels right there....

Imma get a cabin we stayed there over valentines day weekend when we went out to Rausch " tundra " -15 degrees lol

Nice bed flat screen with cable full kitchen and bathroom
Cabins are are tight and have lots of windows with a porch and fire pit
 
Since it's quite a ways out still, I guess that right now I'm a "Maybe".

1) JKUR. 35s. Evo bolt ons. RockHard skids. CB. Warn Zeon (just got it!)

2) Intermediate. Been to RC 8-10 times

3) Down for some blacks/blues

I'll be driving up Saturday morning.
