So I never got a call back telling what the plan/deal was so I called the dealership today and they said...........






Have to replace the head in my 1 month old Jeep :grayno: Not a happy camper...per them....hopefully it'll be done in the next couple days.

That sucks Brother. Did they give you details of what they found?

Thanks. Unfortunately not a lot of info as of now, but they openly discussed the known head issues, but said that the #5 cylinder was odd and they havent seen this issue before. No ticking, no noticeable issues (other than what I thought was a normal MPG loss due to all the armor, bumpers, fenders, 35's, etc mods that I did), sounds or anything. Ill post up more details when I talk to them next.

I felt your pain. Were you on the board when the early 3.8s spun bearings? Then there was a shortage of parts. Hope yours only takes a few days.
