Turf is done (mostly) in the front

Got one big seam done in the back, 2 more solid days back there should get me mostly done.

Then I just need to drop a few grand in pavers to fill in the dirt spots and another thousand worth of retaining wall stackers then… the wife will find something else

Building contractor left two pipes resting on each other. Dip shit. Thank God it was a drip and not a spray and ceiling will dry out fine.

Luckily there was an access grate there from a prior shower drain repair. I kept hearing a clicking noise this morning. It was water dripping from the grate onto the floor. Pulled the grate and ran an inspection camera and found the pipe about a foot away. Had to cut a new hole so now there will be a giant new access grate. Oh well.
