Wall lights about 8 feet high. One on the left is for inside the office. That box in the foreground is the switch for that particular light. The other ones up high will be wall lights for the hallway back against the blue wall.

This perplexes me to look at. Curious if this fix is worth the investment vs just rebuilding. Or does the job just look worse then it is

That looks like a helluva lot of work, I think I agree with HighwayTrout. You had a perfectly good house in Cali didn't you? Whats the plan to fill it up with concrete to the bottom plates?

By the time we're done with the entire remodel, I expect to be all-in around $30k-$40k max. If you can find someone to tear it down and build new for that, please send me his number. [emoji41]
