Random Internet Shit you've come across

Years ago in CO we were camping at about 9k and a couple family/friends went hiking from camp with dogs about a mile from camp and were surrounded by wolves. They got good pictures. Luckily no harm done. They told the Rangers and Rangers denied it saying it was just coyotes. Pictures showed otherwise. They eventually confirmed with other Rangers had confirmed numerous wolf sightings in that area. A couple years later, wolves in the area was treated as normal common knowledge just like covid bullshit. Likely animals have always been in co, Tahoe, etc. The more they breed, the more likely they will be noticed.

they'll be safe unless the site becomes a target for solar or windmills, then they'll mysteriously "move" out of the area.

They are releasing them there like idiots.

We've had a pack of wolves in my area for years now, wouldnā€™t be surprised if the ones in Tahoe are related. Iā€™ve seen lots of sign and a few friends have caught them on camera but Iā€™ve never seen one in person.

A few deer seasons ago we were talking with the Game Warden about them, his first comment was, ā€œDonā€™t shoot one with a collar.ā€ I was blown away that he didnā€™t say itā€™s illegal to shoot them period.
