Panda's birthday trip

lift comes in this week with my new driveshafts! hopefully they are on by then! next question to the big jeeps.....the red and white on on this thread haha. im sure you two are regeared probably over 5. im trying to figure what to regear to with a manual, and with 35's and given that... will doing some playing with ya'll be ok with the stock sport gears?

I have an auto on 37's with 5.13's but with a manual with 35's you will be good with 4.56's or 4.88's depending on what kind of driving you do

Really depends on your driving but I personally like 4.88's with manual and 35's...but ya my wife is running 5.13's and I'm running 5.38's. We both have automatics though. Either way you go it will be a noticeable difference from stock.

So it looks like there will be some snow :) is everyone ok with a "snow" run and just not push through too much or would everyone rather look at different trails? Personally I wouldn't mind some snow but this isn't about me :thumb: soooo Panda, haha.

Some snow would be cool as long as we can still wheel it I was wondering how long it would take to get to the high lakes trail if we had to turn around on the rubicon?

The highlakes are closer to me so at least 3 hours provably 4 once we are at the rubicon that is. I can call the ranger when it gets closer and see how "bad" or "good" the trail is ;-)

Yep... Time will tell, who knows what Mother Nature will bring :) High Lakes, Sierra Nevada brewery and after party at our place could be an option too ;)
