Alright so all this is weather permitting but here is what we are thinking so far.

Heading to the rubicon on February 15th for a day run. A few of us are meeting at the Shell station in Pollack Pines (second exit heading east) at 8:00-8:30 am to fill up before the trail. The plan is to be on the trail around 9:00 am entering via Loon Lake. We will head to/through little sluice or until time makes us turn around and head back out Loon Lake.

If you have any questions or want to add info let me know and we can update the thread :thumb:

Ok thats good with me we can go in loon and out goergetown and stay there. Ive never been out that way but petey has im sure

I've come out that way but have never stayed there. Not sure about accommodations and restaurants in that area. I've only stayed in auburn at a dive hotel close to the forest hill bridge for unnamed reasons haha.
 
There isnt really any good place to stay in goergetown. Anyone have an idea where to stay around there??? I think we should camp and have a party in the woods lol

I am open for whatever. We would get to see more trail if we did that and depending on timing we could just drive out Cadillac Sunday evening but again I am open for either one ;)

well I am Def. still a begining Jeeper by all means and def new still to this site. But after watching the Wayalife Youtube stuff. I think we need to try to get Tennessee Honey as another sponser of this wonderful family site haha. I would love to come, i think i may have read over the new date for the trip? someone metioned a bunch of dirtbikes on the other post or was that for the clear lake area?! :thinking: its 3am and im working and jacked up on mtn dew and monster go juice :eek: my precious stock baby JK is looking at order my lift wheels and tires this week or so, so hopefully Northridge will have a quick turn around time and i can get out to play with all ya'll and put some beauty marks on her :brows:

That sounds hella fun camping out there that's a possibility I do have cold weather camp gear, thinking about that :D
