I can still See the rusted diamond plate floor as I was hanging on for dear life.

That was the source of many injuries at my school and kept the school nurse in business. Of course we loved it and would spin it until the very last person was ejected off.

I always felt my friends and I could get it spinning fast to make us all hang off the edge straight out (superman style), even convinced a friend to let us tie his hands on so he wouldn't let go ....
We all got hurt, then we really got hurt - not by the wheel of death though... and we weren't allowed back on it for the rest of summer.

Not public that’s for certain. My wife taught it at a classical school when she was teaching first grade. She will definitely be teaching it to our kids!
