If that doesn't fix it, just FlexSeal the entire EVAP system.

I’m sure that’s all it needs. Haven’t had time to try and haven’t bought any starter fluid. It sits too long sometimes and is outside in the cold. It cranks but doesn’t fire. Probably try it this weekend.

I bet the fuel in your lines is dropping back into your tank. When you run it on a regular basis, there’s enough there for the fuel pump to get it going.
