Ya, sorry bout that , but I'm sitting in the hospital browsing the site on my phone in between helping my 90yr old mother pee cause they gave her a diuretic to help with her edema and low sodium,,,,and its been a long day,,

I went from JKForum to here in 2012. I've seen a lot of stupid comments and then laugh when people try to defend them and then leave this forum. I applaud you for the courage to admit a mistake. I believe everyone here will feel the same. Sounds like a good reason for a shot of honey.

Peripheral edema is a symptom of right sided heart failure. It's when fluid collects in the extremities from the heart not effectively pumping blood through itself. Lasix is usually given and it makes you pee the fluid off. It's a very delicate process.
