Doing some "de-bugging" tonight at the fire station. I can't stand June bugs.....

So I've noticed some minor pulling in Onyx to the left when I remove my hand from the steering wheel after the spacer install.

What could cause this? I did accidentally jack up Onyx on the right side lower control arm in the front. I immediately removed the jack where I figured out where it was.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Just thinking about what you posted after your 1st 100 miles. Did you re-torque or check your torque? If you re-torqued and broke the loctite free you need to start all over with that spacer. Removing the nuts, tightening the nuts and torquing them with new loctite and checking the torque after a hundred miles. I torqued mine to 90ft/lb then checked the torque at 87ft/lb. I had to this procedure twice since I was too sparing on the loctite the first go round. Also did you get the metal lock rings off completely? We're the mating surfaces clean and smooth? Are your spacer hub-centric? If they are, did the hubs seat evenly?
These are all of the ideas that come to mind at 3:10 am....

I just left the torque wrench at 95 and put them on the bolts and felt the "click" again. Is that over torquing?

If the nuts moved it is defeating the
Loctite and it needs to be started over from the beginning. You should do all 5 since your are literally stretching the metal when you torque the bolts in opposing rotation. (Like tightening the tire lug nuts.)

If none of the nuts rotated when you checked the torque it most likely isn't that.

I see what you are saying. I understand, thanks for the info/insight.

This is great! Just thumbed my way through all your posts and I'm really enjoying it. This build pace is what I have in mind for myself in the near future. Definitely subscribing from here on out. :thumb:
