Name That JEEP Part

Sure looks like one.. but why would they make something that is clearly going to be expensive, on the one part no one upgrades?

Unless its hydro-assisted? What is that fitting on the left? If it was assisted wouldnt it need 2 fittings? One for each direction? I dont know how hydro-assist works, I'll admit.
 
It looks very similar to ORO swaylock. Maybe an air actuated sway bar disconnect for those without the rubi disconnect.
