Movin to Reno

I just hope that you guys would be cool with waiting until June, if possible. Then I'll have my rig back from ORE. But if not, I understand.

No problem. We had planned on spending the better part of May clearing all of the sticks off the trails anyway. Too soon? ;) :cheesy:

It is a play on the "Rubicon" name. We would have used "Rubisky" but then it would look like a russian name. It also is named for my daughter, Skye.

No, it is not too soon my good friend. I am over it and have moved on. Lessons learned and would love to go out somewhere and get stuck with you guys. Bring sticks.
 
Neither rain snow or 115 degree heat will stop me from wheelin. The only thing stopping me is a job. LOL When we get there you will see that my Jeep is no mall crawler the pin stripping in Arizona is brutal but I ain't scared.
 
Arriving soon

I found the job and now I need to find a house to rent. We will be there in a couple of weeks and will want to hit a trail soon.

I don't really care where I live as long as I can have my dogs and its fenced, preferably a 3 bed 2 bath house.

ah good, should have lots of options then. I know there are lots of house to rent all around Reno with yards and everything you'll need. I have the same thing your looking for, reasonably priced up north of the city. Plenty of options all over though.. I moved here and didn't have long to look or much of a network to ask. fine with where im at in Stead for the time being however there are better places to live but the price was right.

I think I just used Zillow, my fiance and I were looking to move to be closer to her work but ended up not and I just searched and contacted everyone through that website, this was a couple months ago. I think there is actually one for rent right across the street from me if I remember correctly (currently out of town). not sure if the place is nice or not. there are a few companies that have listings for the area but think they all end up on zillow or Trulia anyway. be happy to help ya if u need

Any help would be great. We will be arriving in Reno on the 16th so we will be looking to get in before the end of the wekend if possible since I have to start work on the 20th.

let me see what I can figure out for ya. I'll look around a bit and send ya some links if I see anything that looks good. also if u see a few places I can drive by and let u know if the area looks halfway decent. I live on Kernite st in Stead but it's still considered Reno
