Ya I'm pretty excited also. It's been to long since we have taken the jeep out on a fun and long trail. I'm looking forward to meeting some new and awesome wheeling buddies too!

The jeep and I are excited too, I took her on a shortcut from work and found a good spot for her to stretch her legs

Dang I wish could take a short cut home but if I did that it definitely wouldn't be a short cut.

Ya, its not really a short cut, that's just what I call it. In fact in takes twice as long for me to get home from work lol.
I drive down this one street, crawl over the curb, down a dirt road, articulate over some whoops, Damn near fully flex out going over this drop off while waiting for traffic to clear so I can cross the road, go up a sandy as heck mountain to the top, crawl down some medium sized rocks on the other side. Then go play on the whoops where I took the pics, drive down through a huge trench and then shift out of 4wd. Flick my esp killswitch and pre run down another dirt road, drifting every corner and turn into my neighborhood and go home. Lmfao. Sorry for the long post, working 12hrs and I'm bored as hell

Who all lives in San Diego that's planning on going?

I'm by Qualcom stadium. Maybe we can meet up and head up together.

We're going to come out where he's going to be camping at its a big ohv park and you can camp there and that's where we're going to end up and it's a 5 min drive from the camp to where were meeting at

-- We'll have to find a link up time and can convoy up from SD on Friday. I'm in Spring Valley, but QualComm is a perfect meet spot! We can load up on beer and honey at the Deli on Rancho Mission Road!!... Scratch the honey, I forgot I still have a handle!!
-- and the camping part sounds like a good plan. I'll pack for that..

Me and Reiney will be traveling together so if we decide to camp we can either meet up in the morning or at the ohv park and hit the trail with everyone on the way back but ill give details closer to 5/11. Do you have a CB and a channel you usually use?

--CHANNEL 16 is the WOL default channel.

--IS THERE A PLACE WE CAN LEAVE OUR DOORS? I have a 16foot chain and lock I usually use, but that's only for areas I trust. any input?

I will have a campground set up where I will be leaving my doors and there are trees to lock doors to and first come first serve on a tent to put your doors in....everyone is more than welcome to leave doors at my camp site, there isnt a lot of traffic near the campground I stay at because it is way off the main road up against a mountain.
