Rear lower arms center the wheel in the wheel well.

Rear upper arms should be adjusted so that the rear axle pinion points right at the rear driveshaft. The driveshaft angle and pinion angle should be the same. You should be able to do this visually.
Oh okay. Thanks for the info. Here is how it stands now. Look okay from your standpoint? 20200130_082409.jpg20200130_082440.jpg

Seems I've hit an issue with my transmission /oil skid plate. Looks like the crossmember took a beating. Doesn't sit flush and the exhaust is hitting the skid. Any ideas on a fix aside from buying a new crossmember? Cutting the exhaust and adding spacers an idea? 20200208_141515.jpg20200208_141430.jpg

It looks to me like your pinion is pointing a little to far upward, at a steeper angle than the drive shaft. It also looks like your lower arms may be a little short. I’d try lengthening them by maybe 1/4 or 3/8 of an inch to try to center the wheel a little better. That also will decrease the angle of the pinion. Once you get the lowers where you want them to be, you can fine tune the pinion angle by adjusting the upper arms.

Okay thanks. I definitely see it now. I changed out the lift this weekend. This is how it looks now. 20200208_145127.jpg

Okay so I threw an angle finder on my rear pinion and then on my driveshaft and they both read 9 degrees. Should they be the same or should the pinion be a couple degrees lower?
On the wheel well, should it be centered or more towards the front? Is there a good way to tell if it's in the right spot?

I think you want them to be the same angle. When the rear suspension compresses, the pinion tilts up a little, but 99% of the time you’re running with out that squat.
