Yep, My wife and I coated it Friday night. It's not perfect but we love it. Did the Rust-Oleum kit. It included everything and was pretty easy. Been wanting to do this for a long time. Finally get to pull the Jeeps in on Tuesday.

Still working on getting my garage situated. My dad and I painted the walls Sunday (no afternoon Eagles game). Since then I’ve wrapped up overhead shelving, the 20a electric circuit and shop lights. I have some ideas for some collapsing wall mounted work benches as well. The garage is a smidge under 20’x20’ so I’m trying to maximize floor space as much as possible. This weekend I’m going to run some air lines. I have a lot of junk to throw out, items to donate or give to friends, and tools to organize but it’s coming along.

Here’s some pics. The one set of shelves came with white brackets which we used to line things up, the mfr has since sent the correct ones.

I’m slowly getting my garage just how I want it. I’m having my floor epoxied this week. I’ve been wheeling and dealing on FB marketplace and CL and have been setting aside funds for new toys. I’m making use of my overhead shelving, hung some rails for lawn and garden tools and have also hung some wall shelves, and some outdoor speakers, added a BT stereo, and hung an old flat screen left over from the divorce. Hope to some day have more of a shop but I’m liking how this is coming together.

Here’s a couple shots, my kids and I emptied the garage into a trailer we borrowed and swept the floor last night. The floor was etched today.

Man after crawling around under the Jeep all day greasing stuff ... would kill for a setup like this . Looks awesome .

Nice garage is a requirement for when we buy soon . Might be rough in LA

Yeah just heard on the news LA is one of the most expensive and difficult place to buy an affordable home. They said the necessary required income to qualify for a home loan in LA is $125k and with 20% down the monthly payment would still be over $3k a month. That's crazy.

That's not including property tax.

Edit: Just doing some quick math that puts the purchase price near $600k. For that price you'll most likely you'll get something in a less desirable area, 40+ years old, and less than 1500 sq feet.
