Looks like a ton of work but safely worth it. What's you ceiling height?
If you don’t mind my asking, how much did you spend on the lift

Finally got my lift installed. I started to do the install about 5 weeks ago but after drilling I determined the floor wasn’t thick enough in a few spots. Rather than risk it I poured two 12” thick footers. Grueling work.

Here’s a few pics of the concrete process. Long story short, two 16” deep holes. The slab was cut 36”x36” then dug out underneath to about 48”x48”. 4” of pea gravel in the bottom then reinforced with rebar in the bottom 1/3 of the new concrete and mesh in the top 3”.

Wrapped up the wiring circuit for the lift. It’s on its own dedicated 30 amp breaker and I’m also adding additional outlets on a new 20amp circuit. I routed the pvc conduit along the door rail since it lined up almost perfectly with the lift motor. I may have the additional outlets wrapped up tomorrow or this weekend.

I don’t have any experience with it or tools to bend it. I understand EMT to be a cleaner more professional install. I just didn’t feel a particular need to go that route. I did use THHN wire since Romex is not supposed to be used inside the conduit. Admittedly this is about at my comfort level for electrical work, any more complex and I’d have subbed it out.
