Lane87's Build

I should have plenty backspacing with my MB72s.. I'll have to relook up the offset..

edit- my wheels have -19 offset which is 3.75 in backspacing..

agreed, my stock wheels with 1.5" spacers and 12.50" nittos leave JUST enough room for full turn without rubbing. But not too many after market wheels have that bad of backspacing like the stock wheels

I'm running 33x12.50 now and have plenty room.

mine are 35's so that takes up a little more room. 33's with 12.50 would make the outer radius smaller. what size tire has the 13.50" width? Im assuming a 37"+

again this is on stock wheels with 1.5" spacers

It's the Toyo Open Country M/T 35x13.50r15.

That's a great tire, but I agree with the other posts that backspacing may be an issue. I didn't see what rim's or bead locks you're running, but I'd assume that's been thought of.

This is a bad ass looking build man! Thanks for sharing your photo's

I wouldn't be apposed to removing the ball joints, I'd like to inspect them anyway..

From the looks of the picture they're just welded on the sides and not across the top..

I don't think stock ball joints can be replaced after pulled...?

But I know that residual heating will damage them. It doesn't matter if you are welding on the top or the side, the whole C will hear up, and if you're not patient and careful, cook your ball joints.

Okay good to know!
