Yes, they are build with USA parts, save the ARB lockers.

The tubes are 3" x 5/16". The brackets, etc are 1/4". The ball joints are one ton. The lockers are ARB air. Looking at my build sheet now. My only issue and I'm going to just cage it, is the aluminum diff covers.

One other thing, the 3/8" they refer to in that confusing whatever is the gussets around the mounts, etc.

I gotta say, TSF looks quite good for elk season this fall too. Couldn't help but to glass those cut over areas when we stopped for video and photo breaks. I thought my area was good but TSF may have great potential for those who hunt.

Just added a set of Truck Lites LED headlights. Waiting on my Dually D2 Spots to come in. And lastly, my dual battery kit from Northridge4x4 is coming Monday. With the nice weather, I'm plugging away on the Rocker Guards and MC fenders. I hate Riv Nuts by the way - beer makes it better.
