This is where I'm at with my build thus far: I've got my Metalcloak 3.5" Fox Game Changer lift installed along with the G2 front and rear assemblies with ARB lockers. Yes, I know most of you run PR's but say what you will, G2's support their wounded warriors and offer a substantial discount along with a fantastic warranty. My MT/R's are 37's and the carrier for the spare is OR Fab. The winch in an Engo 10k on an OR Fab stinger bumper.

Today I'm going to finish painting my rocker guards and Metalcloak fenders. This is a process since the past week it's been nothing but passing thunderstorms, down pours, and nights in the mid-30's. Nothing is drying on my time frame all getting ready for Saturday's run to the Tillamook State Forest and Brown's Camp. I'll finish the last locker line too, and hook up the CB radio. Then if the paint is dry, at least get the rocker guards on. The most Important thing is, I'll have the cold beer packed and ready for the run.

clearance

How is your clearance with the 37s and stock fenders? I'm considering a similar setup with my build.

I've got decent clearance - no rubbing - and they'll do fine until I get my Metalcloak Overland fenders installed. But actually the stock ones would be fine. I installed the bump stops at 4", the recommended bump stop size for stock and Overland fenders.

I don't know much about the G2 axles so question here: why did you put one in the rear? Isn't it still a Dana 44? Is the front housing bigger than the stock 44? Just curious is all.

Bada$$ thanks that helps me out a lot. I'll probably end up just cutting the stock fenders when I man up a little and go for it haha beautiful rig by the way.

I think you'll be fine with that. I'm absolutely running this weekend with stock fenders. My ARB locker solenoids are giving me fits. Back at it in the morning to troubleshoot the switches. I suspect it's my dyslexia, never the beer.

Cool beans. And that's frustrating. Time to bust out a multimeter and see which wire isn't playing ball. And I'm Army like old timer up there barks and yodels to you lol.

Beer helps my dyslexia. I think you just need more.

Yep, I must have switched some wires around on the solenoid switches because the compressor switch works fine as does the compressor itself. Must have been one of those late night dumba$$ attacks.

After a quick call to ARB, after going back confirming my wiring was correct, the technician advised I can not fire the front solenoid independent of the rear locker. In other words, the rear air locker must be engaged fully before the front will even think about firing. I thought I escaped all the electronic babysitters when I opted for front and rear air lockers. Guess not. The ARB tech did say there's an effective wiring solution so each will operate independent. I'll do that next week with detailed instructions on this page if anyone is interested.
