That's a nice looking cut. Dremel makes a saw blade that works great. I used one when I cut mine.
 
That turned out great!! The dremel is the best tool for that. I also used my dremel to cut the pinch seams. It may have taken a bit longer, but I was much more exact!

Yeah, the dremel is the way to go. I did take a broken cutoff wheel right to the nose so I threw on a bandana to cover my face. Neighbors probably thought I was hiding from the rona..

It does seem that something like a mini sawzall would be the way to go. The cutoff discs aren’t ideal for curves and I tend the break a shit ton. Oh well, play the cards your dealt.

I got damn lucky and had a hole saw bit that was close to the sidemarker light size so that was a plus.
